k-intrinsic returns a correctly parsed .txt file reporting the intrinsic chemical exchange rate (k_int) of each amino acid. Simply enter the amino acid sequence and a project name along with the experimental pD and temperature in kelvin. Please note that the preparation of unique k_int .txt files for different protein subsections is unnecessary. Users should simply prepare one file for the whole protein sequence and the correct k_int data will be used automatically by HDXmodeller. Please ensure that k_int files are prepared with the identical amino acid numbering given in your RFU data file.
