HDXutilities contains many useful ancillary tools for HDXmodeller including a k_int calculator (k-intrinsic), an R̂-matrix evaluator tool (R-evaluator), for customised domains and a tool for determining peptide occupancy (Occupier), which can be instructive in the preparation of data subsections. Each tool contains additional guidance for operation as well as example input data which can be referred to for information regarding the preparation of input files.
